There are so many benefits to Meditation. 

Taking a few moments out of your day to wind down, deepen your breathing, reflect inward and allow your body to relax. Your muscles let go of any tension, your blood vessels dilate and your cells are able to work at their optimal level, which promotes healing and releases any stresses. 

Your mental outlook is also cleansed by taking these moments to let go of stress, you obtain clarity and encourage positive feelings of peace, wellbeing, love and gratitude. This mental clarity can help us align with the right path in life, guiding us to make the right decisions, from a place of clarity and respect for self.

Your Inner Guru is inside you, through stopping the internal monologue and calming the mind, body and spirit- You have the Power to access your true self! 

I have designed a series of Guided Meditation's using seven crystal singing bowls which are tuned to the frequency of each of the bodies seven energy centers, chakras. As the sound waves flow into your ears they balance the brain hemispheres and relax the nervous system. You will feel very relaxed and at peace listening to the beautiful music whilst it increases your immune responses!

Along with some calming guided descriptions I assist you in accessing your relaxed, subconscious mind, aligning with your Inner Guru to be everything you want to be!  My aim is to show you that in this positive and clear state of mind YOU have the Power to create the life you dream of and that everything is possible! xo
